The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your property, and it is not an offer that you can accept by using the site.

Sending a form or calling us does not create a contract. An estimate or quote is an estimate until we both sign a written agreement. Final pricing may change if conditions on site differ from what was described, and we will discuss any change with you before doing additional work. The written agreement sets the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty, and it governs the work if anything on this website says otherwise.

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows. Emergencies and weather may affect timing. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Workmanship and equipment warranties vary by service and manufacturer. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with your invoice or proposal.

Plan prices and benefits are described on our Maintenance Plans page. The term, renewal, cancellation and refund terms of a plan are set out in the written plan agreement you receive when you join, and that agreement governs if anything on this website says otherwise.

Where we mention financing, it is subject to approval and to the terms of a separate written financing agreement. We will give you those terms before you sign anything.

Project photos show work we have done or represent the kind of work we do. Every property is different, so your result, timeline and price will depend on your system and your home. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them.

Any offer on this website applies only under the terms stated with it, and only to work agreed in writing while the offer runs. We may change or end an offer at any time. Unless the offer says so, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

If you ask us to contact you, our SMS Terms apply to the text messages we send, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

You agree not to misuse this website: no unlawful use, no attempt to break or overload it, no automated scraping, and no false or someone else's details in our forms.

The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Season Control Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Links to other websites, such as review sites, maps and social media, are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty about the website itself, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. This does not affect any warranty in a written agreement for work we perform, or any right you have by law.

To the extent the law allows, Season Control Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and the version on this page when you use the website is the one that applies.

If you have questions about these terms, contact us at info@seasoncontrolhvac.com or call 833-472-5264.
