We hired Season Control for a pretty sizable residential job: installing a new 5-ton heat pump (upgrading from an old AC+gas furnace system), moving the location of the unit to be more central to the house, redoing all the ductwork, and adding 3 more air returns. Don Sr. and his team (Cody, Josh, Don Jr.) were great to work with from start to finish. Don Sr. provided us with a number of different quotes for systems of different efficiencies and various options for moving the unit and installing the new ductwork. While working through the quotes with Season Control and other companies, Don Sr. was super responsive and able to answer all our questions around different options, pros and cons of different systems, different scenarios to consider when making our choices, and they were willing to work with us on price as we solidified the exact scope of the work. They were able to start the work within a few days of us agreeing to the estimate, and in total the work took just over 4 days. We aligned on a plan, and they made great suggestions that balanced our house's aesthetics with performance and efficiency of the unit. The team worked quickly and the quality of their work in both the actual unit installation as well as the finishes we see every day were very high. The team took pride in the work they did and made sure everything met our standards. While there were a few small hiccups along the way, the team corrected every issue that arose, often going above and beyond to make it right, and made sure we were happy before the job was done. We are currently waiting for the city inspection and some fine tuning of dampers, but overall we are very satisfied with the work Season Control provided and look forward to using them again in the future for any maintenance and servicing we need.

Their representative, Tomer, was open, honest, accessible and responsive from opening bid through project completion. Tomer was on time, and very quickly diagnosed our problem. We have an air conditioner that seemed to have a leak and he gave us all scenarios, and explained everything until we understood how it worked and what we could do in the event of anything else happening to it. I believe he saved us money thanks to his great communication. Now, we understand the unit that we currently have, and what all our options are. Tomer gave us a feeling of relief, because he's definetinely a pro at this. We will be using this company again after our experience with Season Control Hesting & Air Conditioner. A neighbor referred us to Season Control Heating & Air... what a GREAT referral! Donny came in a day to check things out to determine our options and provide an estimate for a 5-ton AC unit/condenser, new heater and coil system, and all new ducting. The pricing was close to what we expected. The 3-day job was scheduled for the following week, to begin on a Thursday, concluding Monday. (They are closed over the weekend.) The crew of 3 arrived right on schedule at 8 AM. Cody, the foreman, kept us posted of major milestones throughout the process, and he was very patient to answer our 1000+ questions! They were very clean and organized and cleaned everything thorougly at then end of each workday. They all respected each other and worked very closely together! We were expecting a major heat wave Saturday and Sunday, right in the middle of the job. They were committed to get the A/C up and running before they left Friday afternoon! Everyone we worked with, including the administrative staff in the office, were all very respectful, helpful, and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Season Control HVAC Inc. Their main office is in Canoga Park and they have a local office in Orange County, and another one somewhere else in So Cal. If we could give more than 5 stars we certainly would!

I have recently replaced an almost 30-year-old HVAC with this servicer through multiple quotations. I am so glad to make the right call. Its quotation is very competitive and the technician(Eric) is well-experienced and knowledgeable in walking me through the whole process in detail. Upon installation is complete, they did thorough testing to check if everything went well; and called me a few days later to follow up with the performance of the unit. I could not be happier with this smooth transaction.

We had been trying to find a good and reputable company to shop For a new HVAC. I called 3 companies but so far, Season Control via its representative TOMER, from the beginning took the time to go over what we needed and why we needed it. TOMER who came to our house, not only sat down and explained but he got up to the attic and roof and all over the house to give us exactly what we needed. Not only that, but he took almost 3 hours with us until we had no more questions. Initially, it was going to take 3 days to finish the job but to my surprise, I saw at least 9 people well coordinated and were able to finish the job in one day. Another big plus is that of the 3 estimates we received, Season Control's estimate was the lowest. They also provide financing with easy payments and no interest. What more can you get? I thank you TOMER, your crew and company for making my family happy again as our old HVAC gave up two years ago. I will certainly recommend you every time. When you call, please ask for TOMER. This is the second time I have used this company and both times my experience was fantastic. During this latest heat wave, our AC was not getting cold. I called on 7/6, a Saturday evening. Being a holiday weekend, I expected to get a recording. Much to my surprise, a guy answered the phone. I believe his name was Eric. He was so friendly and said they would get someone out, which they did on Monday, 7/8. Alex was the technician that came out & called 1/2 before arriving. Loved that I didn't have to sit in a hot house for a window of time Iike many service companies make you do. Not only did Alex solve our problem, he was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure the system was working before he left. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help & EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. Thank you so much!
