Furnace Installation & Repair in Burbank

When furnace problems hit Burbank residents and local businesses, you need a team that understands the heating demands specific to this part of the San Fernando Valley. Winter nights in the Valley drop low enough that a failing furnace becomes more than an inconvenience. It becomes a safety concern. Season Control HVAC is locally owned and has been operating in Greater Los Angeles since 2001, bringing over 25 years of HVAC expertise to every furnace diagnosis, repair, and installation we handle.

Whether you are planning a full furnace replacement for an aging system or need a fast repair to restore heat, our licensed technicians (CA License #795799) are equipped to get the job done right. We work with both gas and electric furnaces and focus on accurate diagnosis before recommending any work. Burbank homeowners and business owners trust us because we earn it on every call.

Burbank properties range from older single-family homes to commercial buildings, and furnace issues common to these structures reflect that diversity. Aging gas furnaces in older homes often develop ignition problems, cracked heat exchangers, or failing blower motor capacitors. Businesses along the main corridors deal with commercial heating units that need consistent maintenance to avoid costly downtime. The San Fernando Valley's winter peak season puts real strain on heating systems that may sit idle for months, making annual furnace maintenance and pre-season tune-ups especially important here. Because Season Control HVAC has been in business since 2001, we have seen how Burbank's housing stock has evolved and what kinds of furnace failures tend to recur in properties across this area. That direct experience shapes how we approach every service call, from a simple pilot light inspection to a complete furnace replacement for a property that has outgrown its current system.

  • Gas furnace repair and electric furnace repair, including ignition system and heat exchanger diagnosis
  • Complete furnace installation and replacement with properly sized equipment for your property
  • Furnace tune-up and annual maintenance to catch problems before the winter peak season
  • Blower motor capacitor replacement and other component-level repairs to extend system life
  • Safety inspections covering pilot light operation, gas connections, and exhaust venting

Furnace Installation & Repair in Burbank - FAQ

How do I know if my furnace needs repair or full replacement?

If your furnace is more than 15 to 20 years old, requires frequent repairs, or struggles to maintain consistent temperatures, replacement is often the more cost-effective path. Our technicians evaluate the condition of critical components like the heat exchanger, blower motor, and ignition system before making a recommendation. For newer systems with isolated issues such as a failed capacitor or thermostat problem, a targeted repair usually makes more sense.

How often should I schedule furnace maintenance?

We recommend annual furnace maintenance, ideally before the winter heating season begins. A yearly tune-up includes cleaning key components, checking the pilot light or ignition system, inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks, and testing safety controls. Regular maintenance helps prevent unexpected breakdowns and can extend the working life of your furnace.

Do you work on both gas and electric furnaces?

Yes. Season Control HVAC services both gas and electric furnaces. Gas furnace repair involves additional safety checks around gas valves, burner assemblies, and flue venting. Electric furnace repair often centers on heating elements, sequencers, and blower motor components. Our technicians are trained to diagnose and repair both types.

What does a furnace blower motor capacitor do, and how do I know if mine is failing?

The blower motor capacitor provides the electrical boost needed to start and run the blower motor. When it fails, you may notice the blower running slowly, making humming noises without starting, or not running at all. A furnace blower motor capacitor replacement is a common repair that restores normal airflow and heating performance.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Seasons Control. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and exceeded expectations. Tomar was truly exceptional. He took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns and specific needs for both my daughter and me. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. The installation crew, led by Pablo, delivered outstanding workmanship. Their communication was clear and timely throughout the entire project. I appreciated their integrity and commitment to doing the job right. They treated our home with care and respect, and the end result was high-quality work that we can trust. I highly recommend Seasons Control to anyone looking for a company that combines technical expertise with excellent customer service. Thank you, Tomar and Pablo, for making this such a positive and stress-free experience. Thank You!

Tomer was on time, and very quickly diagnosed our problem. We have an air conditioner that seemed to have a leak and he gave us all scenarios, and explained everything until we understood how it worked and what we could do in the event of anything else happening to it. I believe he saved us money thanks to his great communication. Now, we understand the unit that we currently have, and what all our options are. Tomer gave us a feeling of relief, because he's definetinely a pro at this. We will be using this company again after our experience with Season Control Hesting & Air Conditioner. Like Tomer said "Now YOU control the air, not the AIR controlling you!" Lol!! Thanks again Tomer!

I have recently replaced an almost 30-year-old HVAC with this servicer through multiple quotations. I am so glad to make the right call. Its quotation is very competitive and the technician(Eric) is well-experienced and knowledgeable in walking me through the whole process in detail. Upon installation is complete, they did thorough testing to check if everything went well; and called me a few days later to follow up with the performance of the unit. I could not be happier with this smooth transaction.
